Sickness & absenteeism? In any case, this is what you can expect from us during a sickness absence survey:
- fixed rates, never subsequent calculation;
- qualitative and objective investigation;
- result that often leads to dismissal;
- a report that applies in court.
Result
In the vast majority of cases, absenteeism due to illness leads to dismissal for urgent reasons. We observe and pursue the employee who has reported sick for a maximum of eight days. We make video evidence of the activities by the employee. Four to six conflicting acts on separate days is the ground for dismissal of the employee.
Distinctive
We are recognized by the Dutch Ministry of Justice and Security Department. Our report therefore has the status of ‘objective testimony’ for the Court. In addition, our corporate investigators all have a background from the Police, Customs or the Royal Dutch Military Police. These facts form our distinctive quality guarantee.
Fixed Prices
We only use fixed rates and never calculate afterwards. We do not claim costs incurred during an investigation. We do not charge travel time to and from the observation address and we do not charge mileage costs. Report hours and a confrontational interview with the employee (option) are also not charged.
