Housing fraud investigation is a collective term for investigations into ‘all forms of unlawful occupancy’. Think of subletting, illegality or improper use. An investigation consists of observations, chases and a final neighborhood survey. If housing fraud is established in a pattern, you can then lawfully dissolve the rental agreement.
Housing fraud investigation
We conduct the most extensive investigation into housing fraud over a period of twelve days. We record the movements on video over a period of four separate connected periods of three days. We do this in the mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. This establishes the pattern proof definitively.
The tennant is liable for damages
